Plant Physiology

Penn State's Intercollege Plant Physiology program brings together faculty from the departments of Agronomy, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Entomology, Food Science, Horticulture, Plant Pathology, and the School of Forest Resources.

Faculty are pursuing state-of-the-art research in almost all subfields of plant physiology. This Intercollege Program offers graduate work leading to the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. The program provides education and research experience in all aspects of advanced plant biology from the molecular to the whole plant as well as access to this highly interactive group of participating faculty.
