Research Interests
Plants respond to a wide variety of environmental and internal signals, and these responses are citical to their survival. My interests lie
in probing these regulatory events by visualizing the activity of signal
transduction elements in living, functioning plant cells. We are using molecular and biochemical approaches to identify signal transduction elements as well as developing an array of microscopy based techniques to see these signaling events in living, functioning cells.
We are applying these approaches to study
