Penn State's Biology Department at the
University Park campus is not located in
one building or area, but several. This is a result of our close ties with other departments
in the Eberly College of Science, especially the Departments of Chemistry, Biochemistry and
Molecular Biology, and Statistics. In this way, the Biology Department is able to offer a
multidisciplinary atmosphere, giving students an opportunity to study biological processes
at many levels using a variety of experimental organisms and systems. The buildings where
our department resides are listed below.
