Program Options

Within the Biology Graduate Degree Program you can choose to follow a curriculum that you and your faculty advisor(s) devise to suit your interests and background. This is the General Biology option.

Alternatively, you can follow a curriculum that has already been devised:

• Molecular Evolutionary Biology
• Plant Biology

Note: Biology faculty also participate in the following intercollege graduate degree programs, which have their own requirements for M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. Please see the relevant program websites for details of options available under these programs:
