New Network and IT Request System Implemented
Dear Biology Users,
We have recently implemented an automatic request tracking system for all network and IT support and purchase requests. This system will allow us to more efficiently track requests and share notes among the various team members who may be working on the issue. It will also allow us to email you periodic updates on the resolution status.
From this point forward, please submit any request directly to the SYSADMIN contact page.
In your request, please be sure to include a description of the problem, the type of machine (PC/MAC), the location of the machine, and any other information that may help us bring a quicker resolution to the issue.
